I had a great experience with Petersen Roofing. Xavier was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly so I understood the scope of work before moving forward. The crew arrived on time, had a large team on site, worked efficiently, and completed my tile roof and valley repairs in approximately 5 hours. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward, including walking the property to pick up nails and debris. I especially appreciated that they documented issues with photos, communicated clearly, and did not try to upsell unnecessary work. The process felt honest and professional from start to finish. As a Realtor, I value vendors who take care of clients, communicate well, and stand behind their work. My experience with Petersen Roofing was excellent from start to finish.  Their price was fair and the work was outstanding.  They used premium products and took care to prep my roof before starting the applications.  All of the debris was removed and the yard was left in the same condition as before the work started.
